Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Appointments & Services (In-Person or Distance Healing)
For Full Refund/Reschedule we need a written notice 12 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time for full refund(less payment processing fees) to original payment method OR Full credit toward rescheduling.
For Late Cancellation we need a written notice Less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time, 50% of the service fee will be charged. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
In case of No-show or Failure to attend without any prior notification or you fail to log in to the Zoom meeting in the first 15 minutes of the scheduled meeting, you are considered a no-show, the meeting is closed, and no portion of the fees paid is refunded. 100% of the service fee is non-refundable.
2. Reiki Classes: To provide a personalized, high-quality experience, class sizes are intentionally kept small. Each registration includes a non-refundable deposit. This deposit amount is dependent on class level and type and can be found on the corresponding class description pages.
For online classes, if you need to cancel, the remaining balance is refundable if written notice is received via email at AlignedSelfReiki@gmail.com at least 14 days before the scheduled class date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Aligned Self Reiki provides energy balancing services and education; we do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.
Refunds are not granted based on a perceived lack of results. Energy work is subjective, and results can vary widely from person to person. By booking a service or class, you accept that your personal outcome is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 business days of approval.
